Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support HUD loan production functions, including processing loan exhibits and document collection
Coordinate information flow between borrowers, representatives, brokers, and third-party vendors
Maintain proprietary systems and assist with closings and post-closing requirements

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of HUD 232 and/or HUD MAP loan processing/project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
