Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support settlement fund distribution processes in a class action environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage required documentation from law firms and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with the Disbursements team to confirm completeness of claimant files and track payment statuses
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare reports and maintain compliance logs

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in mass tort or settlement distribution
• Experience working directly with law firms or claimants is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong critical thinking and issue-spotting abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
