Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager for Multiuse Facility Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project management team in managing budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for commercial real estate projects
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, vendor management, and project documentation governance
  • Track project progress against goals and budgets, reporting status and variances, and may lead smaller projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management or owner's representative roles
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of leases and construction practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software and ERP platforms is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mentality
