Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver superior service to clients
• Maintains project and data tracking to ensure timely completion of tasks and communicates project milestones
• Develops expertise in the platform to advise clients on best practices and provides product training

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of eDiscovery project management experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider
• 1+ years of working knowledge of industry-standard eDiscovery platforms
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Committed to providing excellent service and support
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
