Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Content Project Manager (Dual Literacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables alignment with business objectives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in managing the project backlog
• Monitor project progress, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration
