Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution activities for acquisition integration projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor programs, and ensure progress remains on schedule and within budget
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and act as a primary interface between stakeholders during the acquisition transition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 5-6 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in transformation or supply chain environments
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and critical path methodology
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to resolve complex issues in a dynamic environment
