Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager responsible for supporting or managing multiple projects related to cognitive assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers with global clinical trials and manage own projects with limited support
• Support day-to-day Client Solutions activities, including preparing meeting agendas and tracking project-specific tasks
• Manage client relationships, risks, and ensure accurate financial forecasting and invoicing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, scientific, or a technical discipline preferred; Master's preferred but not mandatory
• 2+ years of Project Management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO, or Academic Research settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in budget management
