Job Summary

Supporting lead project managers, the full-time Associate Project Manager will assist in delivering effective permitting outcomes for clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct permit research with high accuracy and assist in preparing permit plans
  • Collaborate with city staff to address nuances and monitor permit status for timely responses
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance the software platform and refine standard operating procedures
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management
  • Proven experience in applying for and obtaining construction permits
  • Strong ability to research permit requirements accurately
  • Experience interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
