Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting and managing assigned programs in a remote capacity, the contract Associate Project Manager will define scope, develop project plans, facilitate budgets, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate program requirements to internal and external stakeholders and manage day-to-day sponsor communications
• Actively manage the full lifecycle of programs from concept to execution, utilizing program management tools
• Measure and report on program execution performance, promoting client satisfaction and managing expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of Program and Project Management processes and tools
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes
• Advanced proficiency in software applications including Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
