Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing eDiscovery cases, the full-time Associate Project Manager will drive work through operational departments, create work orders, and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before client delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an understanding of eDiscovery processes, market competitors, and relevant tools
• Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the work request queue and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's or JD preferred)
• 4+ years of work experience, including at least two years in eDiscovery
• Experience with Relativity is required
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong project management skills and analytical abilities
