Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

To support project management activities within the Pigment Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will lead complex implementations, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of Pigment EPM implementations, ensuring accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Execute standard delivery methodologies, including project planning, status reporting, and risk management across active engagements
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and drive accountability through executive status meetings and strategic discussions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of consulting, project management, or implementation experience
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional implementations and managing executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, Agile principles, and project governance
• Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is preferred
