Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will support queue management, project coordination, and maintain project schedules while collaborating with technical teams and customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage the lifecycle of multiple smaller-scale implementation projects
• Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles
• Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume project environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
