Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the deployment of Platform Services projects, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects simultaneously, assist with queue management, and coordinate with technical teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage multiple smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle
• Support queue management for on-hold projects and maintain project schedules
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles
• Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume project environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
