Job Summary
Driving project prioritization and execution, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will support project intake, timelines, and workflow processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance agency marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project planning and execution, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements
- Collaborate with leadership to support broader B2B and B2B2C marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and five years of related project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience
- Experience leading or facilitating projects with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Experience in the insurance industry or supporting a sales organization is preferred
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in project management for efficiency is a plus
