Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Product Operations Team, the full-time Associate Project Manager will assist in planning and coordinating software implementation projects while developing project management skills in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software implementation projects and customizations
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication with customers and stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings, track action items, and support the primary Project Manager in customer communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience coordinating projects, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Willingness to learn project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project
• Ability to follow established processes and standard project methodologies
• Familiarity with software implementation processes is a plus
