Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end incident response life cycle, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate site incident management, conduct root cause analyses, and support operational reliability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire incident response cycle and conduct thorough root cause investigations
• Create and maintain technical dashboards while aggregating and analyzing data for KERC identification
• Facilitate post-mortem activities and support the Lessons Learned Program for continuous process improvement

Required qualifications

• A technical background, such as in software engineering, is required
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and dashboard building
• High-level understanding of data center operations
• Strong internal communication skills with the ability to master technical writing styles
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
