Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Product Operations Team, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software implementation projects while developing project management skills under close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software implementation projects and small customizations
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and customer communications while supporting senior Project Managers
• Participate in project meetings and track action items, risks, and milestones to ensure project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Willingness to learn project management software and implementation processes
• Ability to obtain Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification within a designated timeframe is preferred
