Associate Project Manager
Job Summary
To support the Product Operations Team, the full-time Associate Project Manager will assist in planning and coordinating software implementation projects while gaining experience in project management methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software implementation projects and small customizations
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and prepare customer status reports
- Support internal project processes and build positive relationships with customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience coordinating projects, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Willingness to learn project management software and implementation processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to obtain Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification within a designated timeframe is preferred
