Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting Analysis Service projects within the Life Sciences sector, the full-time Associate Project Manager will manage customer interactions, coordinate project documentation, and oversee sample logistics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for Analysis Service projects, ensuring needs are understood and met
• Lead study design and final alignment calls, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
• Coordinate and manage all project documentation and communicate project status and logistics effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• 2-5 years' experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within Life Sciences
• Demonstrated experience with laboratory work and handling large sample sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
