Job Summary
Supporting the Product Operations Team, the full-time Associate Project Manager will assist in planning and coordinating software implementation projects while developing project management skills in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software implementation projects and customizations
- Utilize and maintain project plans, schedules, templates, and documentation
- Build positive relationships with customers and support primary Project Managers in communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience coordinating projects, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Willingness to learn project management methodologies and software implementation processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and project management software
- Ability to obtain Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification within a designated timeframe is preferred
