Job Summary
To support the Project Management Organization, the full-time Associate Project Manager will manage customer orders, draft project quotes, and coordinate invoicing while working in a customer-facing role within the life sciences industry.
Key responsibilities
- Match packaging configurations and fill volumes for customer orders
- Draft custom project quotes and update the project tracking system
- Provide customer and commercial project updates, coordinating invoicing as needed
Required qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in Biology, Chemistry, or other life sciences program
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the life sciences industry
- Familiarity with standard and metric weight and volume units
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Working knowledge of standard biological technologies and units of measure
