Job Summary
Managing logistics and coordinating multiple solar construction projects remotely, the full-time Associate Project Manager will ensure project milestones are achieved while serving as the primary materials contact and addressing any conflicts that arise.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customer project managers and contractors to coordinate project schedules and milestones
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to address delays and manage unforeseen interruptions
- Maintain records, audit parts lists, and ensure the accuracy of deliverable materials
Required qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of project management experience, preferably in solar
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints
- Ability to adapt to changing workloads and make timely decisions
