Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk
• Interact with clients to define project requirements and prepare project deliverables
• Track project progress, report status, and implement change management and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Prior project management experience preferred
• PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP certifications preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read architectural drawings
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred
