Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager, CA will manage technical project delivery, client interactions, and the development of sustainable consulting processes in collaboration with a team focused on innovative solutions for real estate partners.
Key responsibilities
- Support technical project delivery related to energy and decarbonization solutions, including energy benchmarking and reporting
- Interact with clients to develop collaborative decarbonization targets and support project documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve technical solutions for sustainability consulting services and assist in data management processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in real estate sustainability, energy/engineering analysis, or decarbonization/energy efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Understanding of building design, construction, and operations across multiple real estate asset types
- Previous experience with site visits and client engagement
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis
