Associate Project Owner

Job Summary

To support compliance projects, the part-time Associate Project Owner will manage the coordination, processing, and reporting of product samples while working with clients and internal teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely movement of product compliance projects through various workflows to meet service commitments
• Update project records in business systems and manage the receipt and tracking of client-submitted samples
• Monitor project closure activities to ensure all items are resolved and records are complete

Required qualifications

• Experience in professional communication and coordination with external clients and internal teams
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and track multiple project details
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional partners and remote teams
• Associate degree or higher preferred; candidates with a High School Diploma or GED may be considered based on experience
