Associate Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Proposals Writer to assist with proposal development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Proposals Manager in reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and identifying key requirements
• Edit and tailor existing proposal content to meet specific district needs
• Collaborate with senior writers and subject matter experts to develop persuasive proposal content

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in English, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• 1-2 years of writing experience in proposal development, sales writing, or content creation
• Classroom experience and/or related educational field experience of 2+ years preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and PDF tools
• Experience in K-12 education or edtech sales is a plus
