Associate Proposal Writer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Proposals Writer to assist with proposal development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Proposals Manager in reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and identifying key requirements
- Edit and tailor existing proposal content to meet specific district needs
- Collaborate with senior writers and subject matter experts to develop persuasive proposal content
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in English, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 1-2 years of writing experience in proposal development, sales writing, or content creation
- Classroom experience and/or related educational field experience of 2+ years preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and PDF tools
- Experience in K-12 education or edtech sales is a plus
