Associate Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Proposal Writer to develop persuasive business proposals and technical responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end response process for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs, developing customized content
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to draft clear value propositions tailored to customer priorities
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather critical data and maintain the proposal content library

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional writing experience in a formal proposal or technical writing environment
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience using AI writing assistants to support drafting
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
