Associate Publication Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Publication Manager to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for iEnvision, managing user access, data entry, and workflow tracking
• Manage the end-to-end publication lifecycle, tracking milestones from concept through journal submission and congress presentation
• Review records to ensure compliance with GPP 2022, ICMJE, and internal SOPs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, or business-related field
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (Medical Affairs or Medical Communications)
• Strong familiarity with the scientific publication process (manuscripts, posters, abstracts)
• Proficiency in publication management software (iEnvision or Datavision)
• Preferred: Advanced degree (Master's) and direct experience in a Global/Matrix environment
