Associate Quality Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the player experience, the hybrid Associate Quality Designer will test, document, and analyze gameplay features while collaborating with development teams and proposing solutions to improve quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build working relationships with development, production, and design teams to promote a higher quality player experience through feature planning and reviews
• Conduct end-to-end reviews of quality strategy, test plans, and cases while identifying technical solutions and automation opportunities
• Utilize testing tools and AI capabilities to optimize test coverage and streamline quality workflows, ensuring a Player First approach

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent QA experience with knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking software (preferably Jira) and gaming console platforms
• Skilled in writing comprehensive test plans and cases using various testing practices
• Deep knowledge of American/College Football and familiarity with the College Football video game series
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for clear communication of testing progress and status
