Associate Quality Designer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid model, the full-time Associate Quality Designer will test, document, and analyze game features for the College Football project, ensuring high-quality player experiences through collaboration with development teams and oversight of quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build working relationships with development, production, and design teams to enhance player experience through feature planning and reviews
• Propose solutions to challenges identified by senior leadership and conduct end-to-end reviews of quality strategies and test plans
• Leverage testing tools and AI capabilities to optimize test coverage and streamline quality workflows while driving process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent QA experience with knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking software, preferably Jira, and familiarity with gaming console platforms
• Skilled in writing comprehensive test plans and cases using various testing practices
• Deep knowledge of American/College Football and familiarity with the College Football video game series
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for effective communication of testing progress and status
