Associate Rater Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Rater Services responsible for supporting the delivery of the Rater Training Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs throughout the study lifecycle
• Coordinate and track project deliverables while supporting Rater Services Managers with minimal oversight

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience related to clinical trials
• Experience in a CRA/CRO environment is a plus
• Project Management or service-related industry experience preferred
• Strong level of computer literacy, preferably with clinical software
