Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Excited about building teams, the full-time Associate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and junior roles across various departments, ensuring a positive candidate experience while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for junior and entry-level positions across multiple departments
• Coordinate scheduling logistics and maintain communication with candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience
• Proactively source and engage talent through various channels while maintaining organized candidate pipelines

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of recruiting and/or recruiting coordination experience
• Experience in creative, experiential, advertising, marketing, or agency environments preferred
• Prior experience using Greenhouse or other ATS platforms required
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Interest in emerging AI tools and technologies within Talent Acquisition
