Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the full-time remote Associate Recruiter will execute full-cycle recruitment for Kobie's Contact Center positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for Contact Center hiring classes, ensuring timely launches with the right headcount and quality
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR to support hiring outcomes and maintain pipeline health
• Track and maintain accurate recruiting data to provide insights and improve hiring processes

Required qualifications

• Located in the Tampa Bay, FL area; remote role with occasional in-office collaboration
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience executing a full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Proven ability to manage applicant volume and meet hiring targets
• Technically savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
