Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruitment for interns and new graduates, the hybrid Associate Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding while overseeing the execution of summer internship programs and enhancing candidate experiences across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and new graduates, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee the planning and execution of the summer internship program, managing logistics and cultivating relationships with interns
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities and organizations to enhance the employer brand and talent pipeline
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in early talent recruiting or a relevant function
- Exposure to high-volume and fast-paced recruiting environments
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Gsuite and proficiency in Greenhouse ATS preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as necessary
