Job Summary
Supporting high-volume recruitment for US-based accounts, the part-time Associate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, and onboarding, all while working remotely from the Philippines during overnight hours aligned with US business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for US-based roles using various sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems
- Conduct phone interviews and manage candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate records in the ATS
- Calibrate with recruitment leaders to understand role profiles and hiring targets, ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements
Required qualifications
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment, preferably in BPO or healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for engaging US-based candidates
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a high-volume recruiting environment
