Job Summary

Supporting high-volume recruitment for US-based accounts, the part-time Associate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding, all while working remotely from the Philippines during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Screen and qualify candidates for US-based roles using various sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems
  • Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage high-volume candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate records
  • Calibrate with recruitment leaders to understand role profiles and support compliance with onboarding requirements and US hiring guidelines
Required qualifications
  • At least 6 months of recruitment experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment, preferably in BPO or healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Professional, adaptable, and goal-oriented, with strong written and verbal English communication skills
