Job Summary
To support the growth of appraisal talent, the part-time Associate Program Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for the Associate Appraiser Program, develop sourcing strategies, and build candidate pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Associate Appraisers and other roles as needed
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Coordinate and manage interview processes to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment; commercial real estate experience is a plus
- Proven success in sourcing candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience with high-volume recruiting for multiple functions simultaneously
- Strong candidate assessment and relationship-building skills
- Experience using an ATS; familiarity with Rippling is a plus
