Job Summary
Supporting talent acquisition efforts across the United States, the full-time Associate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 30-40 interns each summer, including candidate sourcing, job fair planning, and onboarding, all in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the Internship Program's recruitment process across multiple business lines
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including conducting intake, posting, pre-screening, and onboarding
- Plan job fairs and campus events to represent the employer brand and support intern hiring
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (end-to-end)
- Proven experience managing or supporting high-volume internship programs
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience coordinating recruiting events or early career programs (preferred)
- Flexibility to adapt and pivot between recruiting tasks and program coordination
