Job Summary

To support the recruitment process, the remote Associate Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing, conduct interviews, and assist in the onboarding of new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Managing candidate sourcing and outreach efforts to build a diverse talent pipeline
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
