Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment process in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Associate Recruiter will review resumes, source applicants, schedule interviews, verify references, and assist senior recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Assist with scheduling and rescheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field
• 1+ years of related experience in sourcing and/or resume screening
• Healthcare or clinical research recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
