Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing talent function, the full-time Associate Recruiter will partner with the Recruiting Lead to learn full-cycle recruiting, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and maintaining accurate reporting in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Source top-of-funnel talent and help maintain healthy candidate pipelines under the guidance of the Recruiting Lead
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting

Required qualifications

• A new graduate or up to one year of experience in sales, operations, or customer support
• Genuine enthusiasm for a career in recruiting and eagerness to learn the full recruiting process
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills to represent the company positively to candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
