Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time remote Associate Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for various specialized positions in the health and wellness sector.
Key responsibilities
- Completes full lifecycle recruiting processes, including developing candidate pipelines and managing applicants in the database
- Conducts Intake meetings with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and posts job openings
- Sources and recruits candidates through various strategies, including social media, networking, and AI tools
Required qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools, including Workday
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
