Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time remote Associate Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for various specialized positions in the health and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Completes full lifecycle recruiting processes, including developing candidate pipelines and managing applicants in the database
• Conducts Intake meetings with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and posts job openings
• Sources and recruits candidates through various strategies, including social media, networking, and AI tools

Required qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools, including Workday
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
