Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, the full-time Associate Recruiter will source, screen, and engage candidates for high-volume hiring while working remotely from Argentina during U.S. Eastern time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple business lines and functions
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and maintain candidate communications
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure an inclusive selection process and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
• Experience with sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Avature or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions
