Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, the full-time Associate Recruiter will source, screen, and engage candidates while managing communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle in a remote role based in Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across various business lines
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and the Applicant Tracking System
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a fair and inclusive selection process

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions
