Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, the full-time Associate Recruiter will engage in high-volume hiring across multiple business lines while working remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage candidate communications and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions
