Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Associate Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, focusing on technical sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting coordination while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized roles in the Adobe Experience Cloud and engage passive candidates through various channels
• Coordinate candidate interviews, manage scheduling across multiple calendars, and ensure timely feedback collection
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, track candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, and assist with various recruiting operations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, technical sourcing, or related HR functions
• Experience with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruiting activities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
