Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring, the full-time Associate Recruiter will source, screen, and engage candidates while managing communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for multiple business lines and functions
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a fair and inclusive selection process

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avature or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions
