Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing organization, the full-time Associate Recruiter will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, source exceptional talent, and manage candidate experiences in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods
• Effectively manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a startup environment
• Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools
• Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting
• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels
