Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, the full-time Associate Recruiter will engage in high-volume hiring across multiple business lines while working remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidate qualifications and maintain candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair and inclusive selection process

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or operational hiring
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Workday, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions is preferred
