Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume hiring across multiple business lines, the full-time Associate Recruiter will engage in full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing and screening candidates, while working remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair selection process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and support recruiting metrics for continuous process improvement

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and vendor management systems
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and compliance practices
